175th anniversary of Tiffany
It’s hard to imagine that it was 1837 when Tiffany first opened its doors in New York. The company’s Tiffany 1837™ jewelry line marks its anniversary.
The canned meat brand celebrated its 75th anniversary with a slew of social media campaigns, including an interactive Facebook quiz.
Happy 60th birthday Holiday Inn
The hotel chain celebrated its long line of “firsts” (first hotel brand to offer a pool, a restaurant, a lounge, free ice, online booking, and more) and asked customers to submit their own “firsts” in pictures.
100th anniversary of Life-Savers
Life-savers’ 100th anniversary events included a philanthropic element, called Connect for a Cause, focusing on “100 years of sharing.”
French fashion house Chloé celebrates 60 years
“The Alphabet” campaign used each letter of the alphabet as inspiration for 26 short films featuring Chloé images, past campaigns, music, and editorials.
Ray-Ban turned 75
Ray-Ban’s 75th anniversary-inspired “Never Hide” videos went viral, along with one created to celebrate the milestone of 5 million Facebook fans.

Here are a few brand anniversary celebrations to look forward to in the new year:
Diet Coke will be celebrating its 30th anniversary in the UK (the festivities have already begun in the US).
2013 marks the 60th anniversary of the Chevrolet Corvette.
Another 60th anniversary … this time for Mattel’s Matchbox toy brand.
We’re not sure anyone can top this one: 2013 marks the 600th anniversary of St. Andrews University in the United Kingdom.
