Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with corporate name changes. The private defense contracting firm, probably most widely known by its former name, Blackwater, changed its name to Xe Services LLC, and then most recently to Academi. Now the company is facing a trademark infringement suit from Academy Ltd., a sporting goods chain.

FoodBev.com has an update to our earlier post about the trademark infringement suit brought by Under Armour against BodyArmor over its energy drink. BodyArmor’s now filed a response with US District Court for the District of Maryland.
