Kraft Foods shareholders approved Mondelēz International as the new name of its snack foods company that will become effective later this year.

EU Court Upholds Lindt Chocolate Bunny Decision

The European Union Court of Justice denied trademark protection to Swiss chocolatier Lindt & Sprüngli’s chocolate rabbits, upholding a 2010 decision. The court ruled that the gold-wrapped rabbits were devoid of any distinctive character.
