The Smoking Gun reported that a Long Island, NY couple filed a trademark for Occupy Wall Street in Classes 16 (bumper stickers), 18 (bags) and 25 (clothing). Take a look at the record from Corsearch® Advantage™:
The husband of the filer, Robert Maresca, told CNN, “I’m no marketing genius, but when you got something that’s across 50 states, it’s a brand now.”
